Delivery/Returns

Goods are sent by Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. Items should be delivered in the U.K. within 4 days. A next day service is available for U.K deliveries.

U.K. Standard Delivery Recorded Post Cost £2.99 for all orders.

U.K Next Day recorded delivery £5.99 (orders must be received and processed by 1pm to apply for next day).

Deliveries to Europe, USA and Canada should be received with 5-7 days of your order and payment having been processed.

USA/Canada Cost £9.99

Europe Cost £6.99

We offer free delivery when you order 2 or more items, and have a delivery address in the UK.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will change or replace any item on the following basis:

The goods must remain in a brand new condition having not been worn, washed, ironed or any of the tags removed (please avoid trying on our garments with deodorant on as this marks the items and will make us unable to issue a refund if returned)

Only goods received within 7 days of original posting to the customer will be exchanged.

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded/exchanged until goods are received and checked by us. Liability will not be accepted for lost or damaged returned items. It is recommended you insure posted goods. Refunds will only be made to the original card or paypal account used to make the payment.

Items must be returned to 22 Ten Ltd, Atlantica House, 11 Station Road, St. Ives, Cambs, PE27 5BH with the original invoice and written reason for return.
